Returns

You may request a return within 10 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

Ÿ  The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Ÿ  It must be returned in the original packaging

Ÿ  Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

 

The following items are non-returnable:

Ÿ  Personal care or hygiene items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Ÿ  Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Ÿ  Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
